about the nonmagical friend saving the day that could still be spike but why does tv guide say "a magical friend helps the Scooby Gang " plus it says "Spike's African sojourn comes to a climax" i mean spike could still come back oh also in tv guide it says that willow has "an unwilling assistant" who do you think that is oh and giles should be comeing back b/c they have him under the cast oh i don't know giles is the magical friend but he's not to powerful anya could also help like (with what we thought spike could do make it like it never happend) iam not sure if she can do this but maybe if someone wish for it to happen than maybe oh i don't know but i need to go bye bye

I'm new here, but I'm obssessed with Buffy and Tara. So I thought I'd throw two cents in about the Season Finale. I do think that Giles is the "magical friend" that will help. I do believe he could be very powerful in magic and that he chooses on his own accord not to be.
Plus, who knows, Spike could have a role, but I highly doubt it. I think he's going evil again. Anya will probably be your best to help out magically too. |

My bet is the unwilling assistant will be Rack. We know Willow sees him again and I bet she siphons off his power as payback for earlier in the season and helping Warren. The magical friend is almost certainly Giles

I read in a TV guide that it was Giles, and that Willow saps his magic. Sounds bad....

ok.....read the wildfeed summary. so.....how will willow ever get back from that? way nasty....ueber-mega-evil-willow. and spike got a soul. oh man......that sucks.
willow kicked everyone pretty hard. giles almost died, xander talked her outta destroying the whole world. hm..was worse than just a badhair day for her... anya is a demon, but seems pretty much having a soul. at least she cares for xander and the rest. poor willow, really, really, poor willow.... i dunno if i like it. i will watch it and than say if i do or not. |

this has got to be the worst tripe ME has ever put on for a season ender
what happened to fem empowerment? the run away daddy comes home with the cure for all that is bothering the "lez daughter turned evil" and pats his other "daughters" on the head for nice hair before little "bro" xander is sent off to save the evil lez sis from dooming the world so the lez witch turned evil is saved by the love of the good man xander . puleeeeze spare me this schlock giles comes back and comments on anya and buffys hair before saying a word of grief over Tara!! and tara doesn't even get a funeral!! thats it body bag her and forgotten the nerb boys get off scott free and while the most wonderful, sweetest and most adult character tara gets her heart blown out, the would be rapist murdering spike gets a soul !? so much for fem empowerment, cuz its giles and xander who save the girls from themselves so much for the ground breaking statement W&T made and amber was so proud of cuz obviously their make up sex had to be punished with one lez is dead and the other turned evil and only the love of a good man can save willow from herself digusting, what a totally disgusting season |

tvsurfer, I couldn't agree with you more. I know that I haven't seen the episodes yet but from what everyone is saying that has seen the wildfeeds, it just sucks!
How could they not have a funeral for Tara? Just because Joss is busy with his new series, BTVS final episodes of the season have to suffer the fate of being subbed out to writers who don't have the 'vision'? This is the worst season finale in all of tv history! I have to admit that I'm not as emotional about it anymore. I've kinda' given up on the show. It's too draining to allow my feelings into the equation. I still watch and I just take it for what it is..... a complete disappointment. |

Well it looks like Tara has been swept under the rug for the time being, however dont forget that next season should be a much more interesting one and we never know how Willow will end up trying to deal with Tara's death.

Read the summaries, dont really know what to think until I actually see them, wondering how Willow will get out of serving time for those crimes she committed? Dont get me wrong, dont want her too. And I thought I read Amber was in the opening credits for this last episode, but I didnt read about Tara appearing anywhere in the summary? Did I miss it? |

I'm not counting on any season 7 for tara
Furys succubus interview made it clear they aren't thinking of bringing her back and joss is off doing firefly, leaving MN in charge of buffy and wow like her turn at the wheel this year has been sooo great - NOT! this is just lame they've brushed tara under the rug like some much plot device she died for what? so willow could be drenched in her blood and go evil for 2 weeks pathetic its all pathetic another dead lesbian is NOT what this world needs and if whedon thinks this is must see tv he needs a shrink this is shock schlock at its worst because not only does it just pander to violence and gore it reinforces hurtful and dangerous steriotypes he just undid any good he had accomplished with these characterizations I've no use for anything ME does from now on I'll look for and support Amber in what ever she does but it will be a cold day in he// before ME ever gets my ratings or $ GG's here I come |

So I guess we are feeling the same about Tara and the end of S6, uh? I wish things had been sooooo much different. What upsets me the most is that the finale was 100% true to the spoilers - which I think is a total lack of imagination from the writers. Why would I even bother To watch the finale if the outcome has been announced over the web a zillion number of times. Anyway, hopefully the producers will come to their senses and DROP the Tara/Casper the Friendly Ghost Idea. That would be the ultimate outrage for fans , Amber AND the story. IM(very)H (and ANGRY)O, they either deal with her being dead and the consequences it will bring to the story, OR they decide Willow has done more good than evil and therefore deserves to be happy with Tara - the ALIVE version, please - , and BRING HER BACK. Actually, of all Scoobie Gang WHY TARA???? She's the only one who's had the sense and the wisdom to always do the right thing. Why did she have to die so brutally and for WHAT??? WHAT?? *whew* Sorry, had to get it out of my chest... Don't mean to be aggressive, sorry. So we are back to speculations.. this time about s7. Anyone's got a hot piece of spoiler info? Has any of the actors broken the silence yet? has Amber said anything (apart from the 'time off" thing) about S7?? Well, thanks to you all for putting up with my ranting. I wish us all better luck next season! |
