I think Angel or even Spike as the kisser would still be almost too easy. I'm hoping for a niftier resolution to the kiss than that. Maybe I'm just hard to please.

Yeah Spike and Angel almost seems too easy, but the link made sense.... to me.

I wonder if we are trying too hard. Xander is in the panel right next to the panel where Buffy wakes up. And we know that Xander has loved Buffy (in all sorts of ways) since season one. |

The fact that it may be Willow has definitely crossed my mind. If Joss is going for shock factor, which he usually does, it actually makes Willow one of the most likely.

that would be the shock factor. but the whole group dynamics woulld change. the friends closer than family changes and i'm not sure if i like that. |
