How many of all can remember that first night of Buffy The Vampire Slayer being shown on TV on the WB, March 10, 1997? The WB had run commericals, and a special 2 minute, 15 second Slayer History promo the week before. It was a Monday night , at 8PM eastern, that strange music came on and that voice started telling us the story of Buffy. We were introduced that night to Buffy, Joyce, Willow, Xander, Giles, Gordy, Angel, and the first Vampires. We also saw Buffy's house, The Bronze, the cemetery, Sunnydale High School, and the Hell Mouth. We would see all these places for the next seven years.
Well boys and girls, it has been ten years. Along the way we saw the characters fall in love, out of love and have heartbreaks. We lost family members and friends. We even met other slayers when there was supposed to be only ONE!
Even to the end, seven seasons later, the main goal was still in site, "Slay Vampires" and have a life along the way. A life that we were glad to share each week.
