Here's something I have been working on more in the thearapy department. I will be posting the address to a full, beated version once it's polished up and beta read.

Disclaimers will be with the main body.

{A Young Willow is seen walking down a dark hallway with the long hair and overalls of season 2 of BTVS. The hallway ends in a bare, well-lighted room, the contrast making her shield her eyes against the glare.}
Young Willow: "H-h-hello?"
Dark Willow: "Hey Cutie."
{Her eyes adjust as she finds herself looking at herself, her...selves. The one that spoke to her looked quite a bit older and had replaced the normally bright parts of her wardrobe for basic black. An idea that extended to the shoulder length hair that was now as dark as her wardrobe circa the end of season 6.}
Willow: "Don't mind her, she's been a bit cranky."
{The other Willow was from season 4, still clad in bright colors for both clothes and shoulder length hair, but looking older and wiser than Young Willow recognized in herself. Something that leaves the Young Willow's eyes darting from incarnation to incarnation.}
Young Willow: "W-who who are you people? Why did you bring me here?"
Willow: "We're you. As far as the why, our bad self could probably explain it best."
Dark Willow (scoffing): "Well, Giles thought I needed to get some 'perspective', so he sent me here. You two are here because the 'professional' didn't realize that the spell he used would drag you two here with me."
Young Willow: "But why?"
Dark Willow (shrugging): "Because you two represent my development, from mousy little innocent, to where I am today."
Young Willow: "No, I mean why did Giles send you here?"
Dark Willow: "He didn't like me being so assertive."
Willow: "Giles sent you here because you got mouthy?"
Dark Willow: "That, and killed a man, but he deserved it."
[Willow and Young Willow look wideyed at each other, and then at Dark Willow.]
Willow: "YOU KILLED?"
Dark Willow: "Like I said, he deserved it. Once you see what he did you'll be ready to kill him to."
Willow: "What do you mean? When I see it?"
Dark Willow: "That's part of the punishment. I... WE will have to sit through the season 6 finale."
{Dark Willow makes a wave of her hand and a mystic viewing window opens to show season 6's Buffy and Giles standing in the Maigc Box.}
Giles: "Yes, Hello Willow...s."
Buffy (interrupting): "Wow! There really is three of them!"
Giles: "Yes, Buffy as I explained the spell required a Willow for each of her stanges of development
Dark Willow (interrupting): "Yeah and how much reasearch did it take you to realize that after you cast it?"
Giles (continuing): "...so that her devlopment could be corrected. Young Willow, Willow... I am terribly sorry for putting you through this."
Young Willow (to Buffy): "Buffy? What's going on?"
Buffy (looking sad): "I'm sorry Will, you just have to trust me it's for the best."
[Young Willow doesn't look convinced.]
Dark Willow: "HA! So you admit the episodes suck!"
Giles (cleaning his glasses): "It would be rather difficult to deny. I mean I'm not seen or heard from for over a dozen epsidoes only to show up for the finale, with super powers mind you, but if that's the way it has to be then I will endeavor to use them to help you."
Dark Willow (smirking): "WithOUT giving me the power to destroy the world?"
[Again the two Willow's look at the third in amazement.]
Giles: "Quite. Now I'm afraid I have to order you to get in the theater."
Willow: "What? A theater?"
Giles: "Yes, it's an ancient temple where numerous bad movies, tv shows, fanfics and other mediums have been used as ritual tests of endurance."
{Giles makes a wave of his hand and speaks a few words in latin before a portal opens to show the Mystery Science Theater.}
Giles: "Push the button Buffy."

{In a flash of light the three Willows are transported through the portal, into the theater where they are seated in the front row, middle isle with Young Willow at the end, Willow seated next to her and Dark Willow sitting on the inside.}
Young Willow (smiling): "'The Three Willows' think that's anything like 'The Three Tenors'?"
Dark Willow: "Depends on which one would be Pavoroti?"
[All three Willow's pause and look down at their own slim frames.]
Willow (shaking her head): "Besides, they might try to get us up on stage."
[Even Dark Willow shows a flash of fear right along with the other two.]
{The screen comes to life showing scenes from the past season up to the point where Giles announces that he's going back to England to stay.}
Willow (as Giles): "I've seen the script and I'm getting while the getting is good."
{Then Buffy is shown asking if The Trio has banded together to be pains in her ass.]
Young Willow (as Warren): "Actually Joss wanted to focus even more on the characters this season so he needed weak and ineffectual villans who wouldn't risk introducing any plot."
{Tara tells Willow she is using too much magick.}
[Willow looks to Dark Willow with a questioning gaze.]
Dark Willow (sighing): "Somewhere between seasons 4 and 6 magick went from representing Sapphic sweatiness to representing smack."
Willow: "But you don't know when?"
Dark Willow: "I'm not sure even they know when."
Young Willow: "Who's that other girl?"
[The other two Willow's clam up, but share a grin.]
{Shots of Willow's decent into magick addiction as Buffy in voice over says Willow has a problem.}
Dark Willow (as Buffy): "Joss has decided he hates his audience and he's starting with the Willow and Tara fans."
{Buffy and Spike are seen kissing.}
Young Willow: "Did Drucilla dye her hair?"
Dark Willow: "Nope."
{A long pause.}
Young Willow (panting): "B-b-but Spike's evil! He tried to kills us on parent/teacher night! He hired the Order of Taraka to kill Buffy and turned her friend Ford into a vampire for helping him to try and kill Buffy, and sure, he helped her fight Angel, he left her to die when she was doing the actual fighting."
Dark Willow: "All true, just as true as her sticking her tongue down his throat."
[Young Willow makes a gagging sound.]
Willow (rubbing Young Willow's back): "Shhh, just lean forward and take deep breaths."
[Young Willow complies and Willow contiues to try to comfort the girl as she groans in pain.]
{Buffy and Spike talk when Buffy says she is disgusted with herself.}
Young Willow (weakly): "Finally, something that makes sense."
{Xander announces his wedding to Anya.}
Willow: "He's marrying Anya! But she'll hurt him, she'll..."
[Dark Willow holds up a hand to silence Willow and points to the screen.]
{Shots are shown of Xander leaving Anya at the altar and Anya once again a vengance demon.}
Dark Willow: "Did we learn nothing from the formal wear incident?"
{Spike and Anya having sex in the Magic Box.}
Willow: Great, more people sleeping with Spike."
Young Willow: "Well at least she's a demon at this point."
Young Willow (looking over at Dark Willow): "She IS a demon at this point right?"
[Dark Willow nods.]
{Willow and Tara kissing passionately.}
[Young Willow's eyes get as wide as they can and she looks from the screen to her other selves, and then back and forth to the screen, unable to speak.]
{Spike tries to rape Buffy.}
Willow: "And he seemed like such a nice guy when he was TRYING TO KILL US!"
{Buffy tells Spike to ask her again why she could never love him.}
Willow (as Buffy): "The only thing we have in common is the mess they've made of our characters."
{Spike drives off on his motorcyle vowing to be back.}
Willow (as Spike): "I have too big of a fanbase for them to get rid of me."
{Warren confronts Buffy and Xander in her back yard angry that she did something to him.}
Dark Willow: "What's he complaining about? Most women won't have ANYTHING to do with him."
{He starts shooting, and hits Tara.}
[Willow's mouth drops, unable to make a sound and her eyes water. In a suprising move Dark Willow puts a comforting arm over her shoulder. Willow is only able to cry into Dark Willow's shoulder while Young Willow still seems stunned.]
{The wrinkly, evil face in the clouds refuses to bring Tara back.}
Young Willow (voice light with shock): "Joss hasn't aged very well has he?"
Dark Willow (grinning): "No, he really hasn't has he?"
[Young Willow falls silent again.]
{Anya tells Dark Willow that she knows something terrible has happend, but she doesn't need to do this.}
Dark Willow (as herself): "Who am I to deny Joss the results of the 15 minutes it took him to come up with this idea?"
{In the hopsital Xander tells Dark Willow Buffy's going to die and Willow say's she isn't.}
Dark Willow (as herself): "It's been done WAY too much already."
{Dark Willow stops a bus with her mind.}
Dark Willow: "They cut out the part where the driver still demands that I have exact change."
{A glowing green eyed demon asks Spike if he wants to return to his former self.}
Willow (sniffling, wiping her eyes, her voice still carrying the sound of tears): "Yeah, round season 2 or 3, back when I was still interesting."
[Dark Willow nods supportively, and gives Willow a pat on the back.]
{Dark Willow rips Warren's skin off with magick.}
Dark Willow (to Willow) "Do you understand now?"
Willow: "You were still wrong."
[Dark Willow looks shocked but before she can speak Willow continues.]
Willow: "You didn't take long enough."
Dark Willow (grinning): "Ahhh, but they didn't show what I did to him during the commercial breaks."
[Willow and Dark Willow share an evil grin.]
{Buffy asks Dark Willow what did Dark Willow do.}
Dark Willow (as herself): "I would think it was pretty obvious? What? You need a diagram or something?"
Young Willow (suddenly exclaming): "I'M GAY!?"
[Willow grins slightly and nods while Dark Willow gets a wide, wicked smile.]
Young Willow: "B-b-but there's Oz, sweet, kind, loving Oz..."
Dark Willow: "Right, sweet, kind, loving..."
Young Willow: "But boy Oz..."
Dark Willow: "Right, a boy that is impossible to be around 3 days a month? With THAT fashion sense? Who wakes up in strange places? Sounds like one hell of a party girl."
Willow: "Ok, enough, let's get back to the show."
Young Willow: "...Actually I think I'm more comfortable discussing this."
[The other two Willow's grin as they all look back to the screen.]

Mark, go back, read the link again. I got a buddy to help me put together that mammoth critique of the finale. You have the right, trust me.

The irony is the same contrast between Tara and the theme of season 6 which lead ot her death is why she was so wonderful in that season. Or in simpler terms...

What little light there was in season 6 was cast by her.
