I could probably read it reasonably quickly and add a review aswell. Only problem is I can't purchase anything over the net as I use the library computers or college ones. I ordered mine from Borders in Cambridge (They say they should be able to get any book for you) and picked it up from there. I think they actually just ordered it from Amazon cause it had one of their bookmarks inside.
