Main theme seems to be that if a storyline makes sense, has a point, or both, it makes the isolated plot incidents *in* the story look better. Can't argue
that.

Yep, I agree almost with the main theme but I still feel the main theme doesn't apply to the death of Tara as the end didn't justify the means. Not
sure the ends justified getting filmed to be honest.
For me, Tara didn't deserve her fate because the storyline wasn't strong enough to sustain that sort of plot "twist" and there was far more positive and rewarding drama to be made from keeping Tara on screen. I fully agree however with the writer's feeling that Amber made the right call in not returning in the way the writers had wanted.
